It's never a great moment when there's a need to call or chat with customer support. Often we are confused or frustrated, and the folks on the other end are tired. It has all the ingredients of a no-bueno stew.
It's a moment that calls for mindfulness - especially as it relates to the energy we wish to ripple at the start of the call. I'll be the first to say that beginning the call with kindness doesn't guarantee a perfect outcome, but it sure feels better.
