Mindful Everyday Moment: #92 Blowing Bubbles

Michael loves checking out what people do at stoplights. He sees some white-knuckling the steering wheel, others sing and dance (which he does as well), and occasionally he sees people blowing bubbles - usually with bubble gum.
 
Whether it's bubble gum or dish soap, there's something about bubble-blowing everyday moments. It's a little meditative as you connect with your breath and it's playful. 
 
Personally, Michael doesn't think we play enough. We get older, and we get so damn serious. So today, blow a bubble or two.
